To initiate your order, simply provide:

• The sponsee or campaign you wish to support

Once submitted, a Customer Success Agent will contact you within 24 hours via your preferred method (call, text, or email) to confirm:

• Product selection and sizing
• Delivery details
• Payment instructions

No order is considered final until this confirmation process is complete.

Purchases made through Weirfo are processed via our PhilanthroPayments model, combining commerce and charitable contribution. A portion of each sale directly benefits the sponsee or community initiative linked to your selected campaign. All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to applicable taxes and shipping fees.

During your confirmation call, text, or email, you are welcome to share a short testimonial about what inspired you to get involved. By voluntarily sharing your testimonial, you grant Weirfo and SharedThreads.org permission to feature your words (first name only, unless otherwise approved) in future campaign materials, videos, or posts.

Because every item is printed or embroidered for a specific campaign and tied to a charitable initiative, all sales are final. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or resolution.
